RETAIL ORDERS & RETURNS
At Sonique, we appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it by following the steps below.
- On the packing slip that accompanied your order, fill in the Return Form for each item you wish to return.
- Detach and enclose the Return Form, along with the product(s) you are returning, in the original packaging if possible.
- We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please be sure to note tracking in the event you need further assistance with your return.
- Refunds on shipping are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.
WHOLESALE ORDERS & RETURNS
Wholesale clients are encouraged to contact our wholesale department if you have any questions regarding your order. Replacements are offered on defective products. If you are looking to do a full return you will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds, client must pay shipping and handling costs.
CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 NOTICE: Production, and delivery times may be negatively impacted. We will do our best to meet and exceed quoted lead times. However unlikely it is possible for your order to be delayed. You agree to this delay at the time of purchase.

Returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days and once processed we ask that you allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post onto your account depending on your financial institution.
